New for 2012 the Fair Board is planning a new and expanded Mercer County Fair and Horse Show. A one gate price gets all events for that night will be incorporated this year. Watch local papers for more information. The fair is being extended to two weeks of fun and entertainment with the Horse Show occuring in the second week. The Mercer County Fair attractions will be July 16th - 21st. The Mercer County Fair Horse Show will be July 24th - July 28th.

The Mercer County Fair and Horse Show is the longest running fair and horse show in the United States. Throughout the year, the fairgrounds plays host to a variety of events, including truck pulls, horse shows, pageants, and demolition derbies.
